How to bring in a domestic personnel in Dubai UAE

There are many Dubai domestic services that many people hire like driver, nanny, maid and others because of their convenience with the low cost. The hiring of a help involves a certain level of responsibility for the employer since he should take up the responsibility of being the sponsor.  

To qualify to be a sponsor, the person has to earn the monthly income which is over AED 6,000 or which is over AED 5,000 when the employer is the one to pay for the accommodation. A family is the only one allowed to be a sponsor of a maid. 

The single people may not sponsor the maid even when they are making the money that it is required. A sponsor needs to show the adequate arrangement where he lives, and it should be a two bedroom, a large apartment or a villa.

Where to get the domestic help; the people normally use classified in the newspapers, bulletin boards or forums in the public places like community centers and supermarket and in professional agencies to get a domestic help. People may also get a recommendation from their friends.

Full time or part time; the domestic helpers are the expatriates and foreigners, they can get a sponsor and to live or work in the city. When it is on a full-time basis, a sponsor is the one to take up the responsibility with the costs of hiring a helper. 

When the help is needed part time, he should be gotten from the licensed agency that offers the helper on an hourly basis. The nannies and maids are supposed to work for only one family, or they have to work on part time basis. If this is not the case, the sponsor may risk prison or fine while the maid may also face deportation, prison, and fines.

For part-time job helpers, there are agencies which work by hiring out the maid on the hourly basis and there is a minimum of time that they have to commit to each job while the rates can be from 25 up to 40 for each hour. The agencies may also hire out the nannies at these rates.

Full-time helpers are being sponsored by the family whom they have to work with or can be sponsored by the agencies that are given an operating license. It is normally harder for the women to sponsor the maid when they are the sponsors of their family or if they live alone. 

It is legally allowed to sponsor the maid who comes from Sri Lanka, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh. The full-time nannies or maids are also found in two types; there are the live-in nannies who lie with the family that sponsored them or live out, who have their accommodation away from the family they work for.  

When a maid lives out, the employer still has a responsibility as his sponsor. There are costs that are involved in sponsoring the main, and they are the residency visa, the medical care, and the labor card. The fees can vary, and there is the chance of paying the urgent fee to make the entire process faster.

Cultivation of this herb began from a small field in Herat province of Afghanistan a decade ago. And as officials of agricultural department in Herat say at the present time farmers in this province cultivate saffron on thousand acres of land yearly and their initiatives has caused the farmers in other provinces of Afghanistan to proceed saffron cultivation. According to the Speaker of the ministry of agriculture and livestock; “This act of farmers in Afghanistan has made us optimistic that saffron will take the place of poppy in the country in the near future. From one aspect the country will get rid of narcotics and from the other aspect the farmers and national traders in the country will gain great profit.”

Based on statistics presented by chamber of commerce andindustry of Afghanistan, only in Herat province the product of saffron reaches to more than two and half tons yearly and this amount has been increasing every year. Khan Jan Alokozay operative board in chamber of commerce says, “Although saffron can play a key role in the future economy of Afghanistan, but to increase this work the farmers of Afghanistan need help and the government of Afghanistan especially ministry of agriculture and livestock should have big schemes in this field.” Mr. Alokozay also emphasizes, “to increase the products of saffron yearly, ministry of agriculture should organize programs for the farmers on the method of cultivation and utilization of this product so that the farmers can learn how to cultivate this herb professionally and get more product.

 Yet Speaker in ministry of agriculture says that they have launched training programs of cultivation and protection of saffron for the farmers for two years now in Herat and Kunduz provinces and many of the farmers have been able to increase this product yield by passing the training sessions. These needs have been resolved by distributing saffron bulbs, different tools of cultivating saffron and passing training sessions. In the past years in addition to distributing tens of metric tons of saffron bulbs to the farmers in the provinces that cultivate this herb the method of cultivating saffron has become more professional. But this isn’t enough for agriculture ministry and struggles are in progress to help the farmers more.

On the other hand, officials in the ministry of agriculture say they have plans with coordination of commerce and industry ministry to train the farmers and traders in the field of packaging and processing of saffron so that they can pack the products of this herb with standard and offer them to the market. The iPhone SE release date is March 31^st  2016,  and it will be available in Apple Stores, online shops and in other retail stores.
